Meet our expert team
ImmuneBiotech was founded in 2013 by Dr. Shahram Lavasani, an expert in immunology and microbiome research, and Dr. Mehrnaz Nouri, a leading scientist in probiotics and the gut-brain axis. Their scientific journey began at Lund University in Sweden, where they explored the interplay between gut function, the immune system, and neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis (MS).
Together, they built a research-driven company with the goal of developing advanced probiotic food supplement formulations. Through laboratory studies, clinical collaborations, and careful bacterial strain selection, they created the ImmuneBiotics® product line – with a clear focus on supporting balance within the gut microbiota.
Our scientific foundation is based on more than 20 years of experience, and we collaborate closely with respected research institutions including the Karolinska Institute and Skåne University Hospital.
